J.J. Spaun had six great rounds to start off 2025. The American golfer finished tied for third at the Sony Open. Unfortunately, disaster struck at the American Express. A weekend with rounds of 71 and 73 derailed any chance of Spaun contending. Spaun endured an awful first half of 2024 before rebounding. He missed cuts in six of the first eight tournaments. One of the consistencies in his game in 2024 was approaching the green. He ranked 17th with 0.469 strokes gained. Putting has been inconsistent as Spaun has ranked outside the Top 100 despite two good results in 2025. Putts per round ranked 148th at 29.41 in 2024. Spaun may be one to wait and see for betting options. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
