Harold Ramirez Injured Wednesday Night
3 years agoCleveland Indians outfielder Harold Ramirez (knee) left the game early on Wednesday against the Oakland Athletics with right knee tightness. Ramirez had an RBI single and was caught stealing before he left the contest. We'll let you know more on the injury when there's more information, but for now, fantasy managers should consider Ramirez day-to-day. The 26-year-old had a pedestrian .261/.301/.402 slash line with six home runs, 30 RBI and three stolen bases in 261 at-bats for Cleveland coming into the game, and he was off to a cold start to the month with a 6-for-28 (.214) performance with no home runs and three RBI. If Ramirez's injury is more serious, Bradley Zimmer and Oscar Mercado figure to benefit from regular playing time in Cleveland's outfield mix.
