Giancarlo Stanton Dropped To Fifth In The Lineup

New York Yankees designated hitter Giancarlo Stanton has been dropped to fifth in the batting order for Saturday's contest against the Texas Rangers. Stanton is mired in a horrible slump for pretty much the entire season but his last 15 games are particularly bad. He's slashing just .096/.190/.231 with two home runs over that span. The Yankees are rolling with Jake Bauers, Gleyber Torres, Harrison Bader, and Anthony Rizzo as their top four batters against Jon Gray and the Rangers.
