Former Boston Red Sox center fielder Jackie Bradley Jr. is a free agent. MLB Network insider Jon Heyman speculates that the Red Sox will go after free-agent outfielder George Springer to replace Bradley in center field. Springer, who played his college ball at the University of Connecticut, is the highest-profile free-agent hitter on the market this winter. His 19 postseason home runs are tied for the fourth-most in history. The 31-year-old had a 140 OPS+ and 14 home runs in 222 plate appearances in 2020 and is set to test the free-agent market for the first time in his career. Springer's power and center field defense will appeal to MLB executives the most.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
