Garrick Higgo has withdrawn from the upcoming Sony Open. Higgo was in action last week at the Sentry Tournament of Champions. The young South African started strong at Kapalua before an underwhelming weekend ultimately landed him into a tie for 25th-place in the 38-player field. The 22-year-old rising star was set to make his Sony Open debut this week, but will instead make his second start of 2022 at a later date. No reason was given for Higgo's withdrawal. He'll be replaced in the field by Camilo Villegas. --Joe Nicely - RotoBaller
