Gabe Davis 2025 Fantasy Football Outlook: Still Unsigned, Almost Certainly Won't Be Relevant
Wide receiver Gabe Davis, who currently is a free agent, is still waiting to get the call from a team interested in signing them to their roster. Injuries prematurely ended his 2024 season, but his tenure with the Jacksonville Jaguars, the last team he was a part of, wasn't inspiring. Davis was never much more than a deep threat that had a few blow-up games with the Buffalo Bills, so it's unsurprising that a team hasn't inked him to a deal yet. He's a good athlete, but that's about where it ends, and consistency is key at the next level. Davis might be one of the most inconsistent receivers in the NFL. Still, if he's able to recover well from his injury issues, there are teams in which he could battle for, and potentially secure, the WR3 role. He recently visited the Saints, which is one such team. But even if he is signed, for fantasy football purposes, there aren't many leagues in which he should be drafted. He's one of the few players that could reasonably be avoided even in deep dynasty leagues.
