Frank Ragnow Won't Play In Week 15
4 years agoDetroit Lions center Frank Ragnow (throat) has been downgraded from questionable to out for Week 15 against the Titans. Ragnow fractured his throat last week but somehow managed to play through the injury last Sunday. His absence will be a downgrade for Detroit's offensive line against Tennessee, and it's more bad news for quarterback Matthew Stafford (ribs), who is questionable to play after getting in a limited practice on Friday. Fantasy managers should've already been shying away from Stafford, even in some two-QB leagues, and not having his starting center could make things even more difficult if he plays through the pain. The inconsistent 32-year-old veteran is an extremely risky play this weekend. Chase Daniel would start under center if Stafford is inactive this weekend.
