We already know that the Arizona Cardinals would like to trade back from No. 3 to accumulate more picks, but the Philadelphia Eagles (No. 10), Tennessee Titans (No. 11) and Detroit Lions (No. 18) could also have some interest in moving back in the first round of Thursday night's NFL draft. The Eagles have only six picks total and wouldn't mind adding some more if a move makes sense. If the Titans can't land a quarterback of their liking high, they could also be looking to accumulate picks via a trade back. Tennessee's roster needs more reinforcements than just QB. The Lions also have the sixth overall pick, so if they are satisfied with who they get early, they could look to trade back later in the first round.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
