Winnipeg Jets defenseman Dustin Byfuglien has been suspended for failing to report to training camp. The hulking blueliner had been granted a personal leave of absence by the Jets earlier this month, reportedly to mull over his future with the organization and in the NHL as a whole. The suspension is just a matter of business for the Jets as the it relieves the team from his cap hit until he comes to a decision and chooses to return to hockey. The 34-year-old's exclusion from camp has come as a shock to the hockey community and without a concrete timetable for his return, the 10-year NHL veteran is consequently slipping down draft boards. --Chase Davis - RotoBaller
