Drew Lock - Week 16 Outlook for Fantasy Football
3 years agoDenver Broncos quarterback Drew Lock will make his first start of the season in Week 16 against the Las Vegas Raiders with Teddy Bridgewater (concussion) ruled out. He'll have an opportunity to prove that he still has a future in Denver, although he hasn't looked very good in three relief appearances this year, going 22-for-40 (55%) for 227 yards, one touchdown, two interceptions and two fumbles (one lost). Lock has a strong arm but turns the ball over too much and makes questionable decisions in the heat of the moment. Expect Denver to lean as much as they can on the ground game against the Raiders, making Lock a low-upside, turnover-prone, low-end QB2. Only the most desperate of fantasy managers in two-QB leagues should be turning to Lock.
