The Baltimore Ravens have a few leading candidates for their open defensive coordinator job. One of them is their current linebackers coach, Don "Wink" Martindale. The Ravens have a definite idea of one of their top priorities out of whomever they hire as their new defensive coordinator. They are quite happy with their current defensive philosophy and style, so they want their new hire to continue along the same lines. They did lead the NFL in 2017 with 34 turnovers and were in the top 10 of multiple other defensive categories under that system. Martindale would likely give them the continuity they desire.--Jamie Mellor
