Didi Gregorius Still Not Able To Swing A Bat
4 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies shortstop Didi Gregorius (elbow) is eligible to be activated from the injured list on June 7, but it appears very unlikely that he'll be ready to return by then. Gregorius is still unable to swing a bat due to his elbow injury. He has been out since May 12. Ronald Torreyes has taken over as the team's primary shortstop lately and should remain their primary shortstop for at least the next week or more. Gregorius played in 32 games this year prior to the injury and slashed .229/.266/.364 with four home runs, 22 RBI and 10 runs.
