Denny Hamlin was part of the Joe Gibbs Racing brigade that dominated the standings on Sunday at the Goodyear 400. Hamlin, to his credit, was consistent almost all race staying in and around the top five. He ended up second after Stage 1. However, Hamlin dropped to fourth after Stage 2 and then fifth during the final laps. He drove much smarter than the past two weeks and that served him well in the end. Hamlin was not passed by Kevin Harvick and many expected that at some point. The No. 11 took home a top-five and lived to fight next week at Dover. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
