DeAndre Ayton Has Big Fourth Quarter In Suns Win
Deandre Ayton produced 18 points, 12 rebounds, two assists and one blocked shot in Saturday's victory over the Timberwolves. The rookie was 7-for-11 from the field and 4-for-5 from the free throw line. It was an excellent back-bounce performance from Thursday's seven-point, five-rebound dud against the Mavs. He had a big fourth-quarter with 10 points and five rebounds to help the Suns outscore the Wolves 22-17. The five offensive rebounds were his third most this season while it marked the fourth time in the past five contests that he has pulled down double-digit boards. Ayton will look to collect his sixth double-double in December on Monday against a Knicks squad that has done a better job of keeping opposing centers in check lately.
