7/2:Boston Red Sox starting pitcher David Price allowed eight runs in a 11-1 loss to the Yankees Sunday. Price only lasted 3 1/3 innings giving up nine hits while striking out three batters. He had problems keeping the ball in the yard, allowing five homers, two of which were hit by Aaron Hicks. Price has an 8.43 ERA in 47 innings against the Yankees since joining the Red Sox. He needs to develop a quick spell of amnesia to get beyond this outing and focus on the Royals in his next start.--Ellis Canady - RotoBaller
