Pittsburgh Penguins right wing Daniel Sprong was traded to the Anaheim Ducks on Monday afternoon. Sprong, a former second-round pick, has never made a lasting impact at the NHL level. He has produced four assists through 16 games this year while averaging 8:34 of ice time per game. Sprong put up 32 goals and 65 points in 65 games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the AHL last season. The 21-year-old will have an increased opportunity to produce with the Ducks, although he will likely start in a bottom-six role. Should he move onto a scoring line, he is worthy of fantasy consideration in deep leagues.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
