Daniel Berger May Be One To Watch At PGA Championship
Daniel Berger hopefully learned some lessons from his humbling experience at the Masters, where he shot 75 and 73 to miss the cut. The third-place performance at the Byron Nelson last week included a nice charge and a 64 on Sunday. This week will obviously be much more difficult, but Berger is 10th in greens in regulation (70.95%). His average driving distance will not be too much of an issue. It will again be his approach to the green to set up putting (top-25th percentile in most metrics). That will be vital over the weekend for him.
