5 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard (groin) is going to be sidelined a few weeks after suffering an injury earlier in the week. An MRI confirmed a groin strain, so Lillard will miss the next week or two. Luckily, the All-Star break is here and the Blazers don't play again until February 21 versus the New Orleans Pelicans. Lillard could miss up to three games if he does sit out the full two weeks. However, the Blazers are currently the ninth seed and need to find a way to jump the Memphis Grizzlies to get into the playoffs. Lillard is going to do everything in his power to get back on the court as quickly as possible.
