Dallas Goedert Heading To Injured Reserve
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert (shoulder) is heading to injured reserve after suffering a shoulder injury on Monday night against the Washington Commanders. The veteran tight end was having a career year, averaging 4.8 receptions for 60.4 receiving yards per game. He is also second on the team, with three receiving touchdowns this season. The Eagles will now lean on the combination of Jack Stoll and Grant Calcaterra, with Goedert out for at least the next four weeks. However, fantasy players shouldn't consider either backup tight end as a possible replacement for Goedert. Hopefully, the star tight end returns in Week 15, just in time for the start of the fantasy playoffs.
