Curtis Samuel Questionable For Week 11
3 years agoWashington Football Team wide receiver Curtis Samuel (groin) is listed as questionable for Week 11 against the Carolina Panthers. "I promise you this, if or when he's out there, we will stick to that pitch count no matter what," head coach Ron Rivera said. The questionable tag is actually an improvement for Samuel, who has played in just two games this year and not since Week 5, with a groin injury that has been bothering him since the summer. Washington has avoided ending his season by placing him on Injured Reserve for a second time, but Samuel should remain on the waiver wire in your league until he can return and play more than just a handful of snaps. The absence of a true No. 2 wideout in this offense continues to hurt Terry McLaurin. McLaurin, Adam Humphries and DeAndre Carter should operate in most three-receiver sets Sunday, even if Samuel is active.
