Courtland Sutton Faces a Tough Chargers Defense in Week 3
Courtland Sutton looked good enough in Week 1 against the Titans, pulling in six of his nine targets for 61 yards and a touchdown. However, he cooled off in the Week 2 loss to the Colts, amassing only one grab for six yards. With the Broncos sitting at 1-1, Denver will next meet the Chargers in an AFC West clash. Without question, the Los Angeles defense has played well so far throughout the 2025 campaign. That trend might continue on Sunday. While it appears Troy Franklin is currently Bo Nix's preferred target in the first two weeks, Sutton is expected to remain involved at a consistent level moving forward. With that said, managers can give the 29-year-old a free pass for his previous performance and view him as a starting fantasy option in Week 3, especially with Evan Engram (back) ruled out.
