Courtland Sutton Continues To Fade Away In Week 12
3 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton came into a Week 12 matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers with only five catches on nine targets for 78 scoreless yards in three games since Jerry Jeudy returned from a high ankle sprain. Things didn't get any better Sunday in the 28-13 win over the Bolts, as Sutton caught just two of his three targets for 17 yards on the day. No Broncos player saw more than four targets with the team leading the entire day and quarterback Teddy Bridgewater attempting just 18 total passes after missing the whole second quarter with a shin injury. Denver's offense should have to air it out more often in Week 13 against the Kansas City Chiefs, but Sutton's 12 targets in the last four games is extremely concerning from a fantasy standpoint. He'll be more of a WR4/flex next week.
