Corey Knebel Strikes Out One Batter For Fifth Save
7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers closer Corey Knebel only faced one batter and struck him out in the 3-2 win over the St. Louis Cardinals. This was Knebel's fifth save of the season, four of which have come in his last five appearances. On the season, he now holds a 5.06 ERA and 14 strikeouts in 10 2/3 innings pitched. Despite the relatively high ERA, he holds a respectable 3.38 ERA in May and should be owned in all formats.
