Corey Conners A Scary Play At Torrey Pines
Since his T5 at The Sentry, things have been ugly--primarily on the greens--for Corey Conners. The Canadian has lost over 11 strokes putting over his last three contests, and his record in four events played at Torrey Pines isn't much different. The ball striking remains strong, but bleeding that many shots away with the flat stick is impossible to overcome. Things tend to get much brighter for the 33-year-old once he returns to the more predictable weather in Florida and beyond, so it is probably best to hold off on finding places in lineups until then.
