Collin Morikawa An Excellent Play At Genesis Invitational
It has been a fun start to 2025 for Collin Morikawa. He has secured two solid finishes to start his PGA Tour season (T17-2nd) and his TGL team is currently dominating the startup tech circuit. Given the solid play he's continuing to produce, it's crazy to think he hasn't won on Tour in over a year. This week at Torrey Pines is another real opportunity to be on the lookout though, as he has as good of a shot as anyone to contend. He finished third at the 2023 Farmers Insurance Open and T4 at the 2021 U.S. Open. He also won the 2020 PGA Championship at TPC Harding Park which shares many characteristics with the South Course. As one of the premier long iron players in the game and one of the most accurate drivers of the golf ball, he should be in your lineups.
