5/18:Texas Rangers starting pitcher Cole Hamels (neck) could start Saturday against the Chicago White Sox. Hamels was scratched from his start Thursday with neck stiffness. If he still does not feel right Friday, he could be pushed back to Sunday or into next week. Hamels has turned his season around in his last few outings. After giving up 15 earned runs in his first 28 1/3 innings, he has given up just five runs in the subsequent 23 1/3 frames. Hamels now has a 3.93 ERA and 57 strikeouts in 51 2/3 innings this season. It is unlikely Hamels pitches if he is not fully ready, and therefore if he is starting, you should feel safe putting in him in your fantasy lineups against the White Sox.--Ben Rolfe - RotoBaller
