The Chicago Cubs have activated starting pitcher Cole Hamels (oblique) for Saturday’s start versus the Milwaukee Brewers. Hamels had been sidelined since June 28 with an oblique injury. The Cubs may choose to be cautious with Hamels in his first start back, but he should be owned and started in most matchups moving forward.
