1 year agoThe Kansas City Chiefs signed free-agent wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin on Thursday, according to a source. Benjamin was a bust with the Bills in parts of two seasons with them. He recorded only 23 receptions on 62 targets for 354 yards (career-high 15.4 yards per catch) and one touchdown in 12 games before being released earlier this week. He showed little effort to work with rookie quarterback Josh Allen and often quit on routes. The 27-year-old has great physical traits, but it remains to be seen if he's willing to work to improve with his new team. Benjamin can help KC stretch the field and in the red zone with Sammy Watkins nursing an injury, but it's unlikely that he'll provide fantasy owners with much production of the final few weeks of the regular season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
