Kansas City Chiefs rookie cornerback L'Jarius Sneed (collarbone) broke his collarbone in the Monday night win over the Ravens, according to head coach Andy Reid. The Chiefs didn't give a timetable for Sneed's return. The fourth-round pick started the first three games of the season and was tied for the league lead in interceptions with two. Bashaud Breeland is serving a four-game suspension, while Charvarius Ward fractured his hand in Week 1, so KC's secondary could be a bit more vulnerable in a Week 4 showdown with the Patriots. Ward played with his hand heavily wrapped last weekend when he replaced Sneed.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
