Washington Commanders center Chase Roullier has been released by the organization on Friday. There were rumors that Roullier would become a cap causality and that became true. The Commanders will save $8.3 million by cutting Roullier with a post-June 1 designation. Roullier became expandable after the Commanders drafted Ricky Stromberg out of Arkansas in the third round and signed free agent Nick Gates earlier this offseason. The Commanders don't need three centers, especially when Roullier has played in a total of 10 games over the last two seasons. Possibly, he lands elsewhere, but he'll need to show he can stay healthy to win a job in training camp.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerRead More News
