Chase Elliott has won six of the last nine road races since 2019. That includes last year's rain-shortened EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix. It was a race that went just 54 laps and featured a lot of rain-wrapped wreckage. Elliott was able to be out in front just as the race was called off. This year expects to feature sun and much warmer weather. The Hendrick Motorsports Racing car has shown it can dominate as runs go on during these road races. Elliott has led 281 laps in the past three seasons on this course type which is more than twice than Kyle Larson's 135. Can the No. 9 car survive during that 36-lap final stage?
