Charley Hoffman finished tied for fifth at last week's American Express and is now focusing on preparing for this week's Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines. His past performances at this event have been mixed, with finishes of T57 in 2024, missing the cut in 2023, and tying for ninth in 2020. It's important to note that over the past 12 months, Hoffman ranks in the 24th percentile for greens in regulation percentage on approach shots from over 200 yards in the fairway. This is significant because, at last year's Farmers Insurance Open, over 34% of approach shots came from this distance.
