Carlos Rodon Eyeing Return To White Sox Rotation
Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Carlos Rodon (shoulder) is aiming to return to the rotation next week against the Toronto Blue Jays, Chicago Sun-Times reporter Daryl Van Schouwen said. Rodon was placed on the 10-day injured list retroactive to August 8 with left shoulder fatigue. The 28-year-old pitched five scoreless innings in his last start, striking out 11 and allowing just two hits and two walks against the Chicago Cubs. With a 9-5 record and 2.38 ERA on the season, fantasy managers should absolutely keep their eyes peeled for his return.
