New York Mets starting pitcher Carlos Carrasco (oblique) could return by the end of the week. The right-hander was able to throw a 55-pitch simulated game without any issues on Monday. That being said, it sounds like the Mets are going to allow Carrasco to skip a minor league rehab assignment. The right-hander has been sidelined since August 15 due to a left oblique strain. He was expected to miss roughly a month, but should return much sooner than that. Fantasy managers should stay tuned for more information this week.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
