Vancouver Canucks center Teddy Blueger (undisclosed) has been left nursing an injury following Sunday's 4-3 victory over the Washington Capitals. The Latvian forward potted the game-winning goal in the contest but was hurt late in the third period. Canucks head coach Adam Foote told reporters postgame that Blueger was still under evaluation. Blueger also battled an injury at the start of the campaign, missing four games with a knee problem. On Sunday, he made only his second appearance of the season. Jonathan Lekkerimaki (undisclosed) and Filip Chytil (upper body) were also injured against Washington, and Brock Boeser (personal) wasn't available, so the Canucks attack could be without several regular contributors on Tuesday night against the Pittsburgh Penguins.--Taavi Pailk
