4 years agoAtlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley (foot) is listed as questionable for Week 9 against the Broncos, but he didn't practice all week and the team thinks it will be tough for him to play this Sunday, according to a source. The Falcons will test Ridley in pre-game warmups, but this doesn't sound promising for his chances of being active against Denver. You better have a backup plan ready, but the good news is Ridley's fantasy managers will know before the first games begin on Sunday. No. 1 receiver Julio Jones is already a must-start against the Broncos young and inexperienced secondary. Tight end Hayden Hurst would see more looks if Ridley doesn't play, making him a solid midrange TE1.
