Cal Raleigh Hits Two More Homers In Tuesday Win
Cal Raleigh continued to provide elite power in Tuesday's 9-1 win over the Nationals. Raleigh went 2-for-5 with a pair of solo home runs and two strikeouts. The 28-year-old launched a first-inning Mitchell Parker fastball into the left-field second deck, and he got Parker again into the left-field bullpen in the fifth inning. Raleigh is now second in baseball with 19 HR and has a career-best .258/.372/.603 slash line with 37 RBI and a surprising five stolen bases. Fantasy managers came into the season expecting top-tier power and decent counting stats from Raleigh, but they were also likely expecting a low batting average and minimal stolen bases. He has started the season on a fantasy All-Star pace and has been a five-category contributor.
