3 years agoBuffalo's on again, off again courtship of Holmes was finally consummated yesterday, as they signed the 28-year old WR to a three-year deal. Buffalo let Robert Woods go in free agency, and Holmes has a shot to replace him as the starter across from Sammy Watkins. Holmes showed some promise in 2014, hauling in 47 catches for 693 yards and four TDs, but has just 28 catches in the two seasons since. Holmes isn't a breakout candidate by any means, but could have occasional value if Watkins misses time due to injury, which is a definite possibility.--Charlie Kleinheksel
