4 years agoThe Tampa Bay Buccaneers placed running back Ronald Jones II (finger) on the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Wednesday. Jones' status for Week 15 against the Falcons was already in doubt after he underwent surgery on his fractured pinkie finger this week, so this news all but rules him out. Not only is Jones now doubtful to play, but the Falcons Defense has allowed the fourth-fewest fantasy points per game to running backs this season. If he's officially ruled out, head coach Bruce Arians indicated that Leonard Fournette, who was a healthy scratch in the Week 14 win over the Vikings, would be in line to start against Atlanta, with veteran LeSean McCoy backing him up. If Fournette is the lead guy on Sunday, he'll be a low-end RB2/high-end RB3/flex.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
