Bryce Callahan To Miss Time For Broncos Defense
4 years agoDenver Broncos head coach Vic Fangio said that cornerback Bryce Callahan (foot) will miss time, but it's too early to say whether he's done for the rest of the season. So the Denver D will at least be without Callahan for the second divisional meeting with the Chiefs in Week 13. The Broncos Defense allowed over 40 points to the Super Bowl champions in Week 7 and have allowed 30-plus points in five of their last six games, so they should be avoided as a fantasy unit. Callahan has chipped in 42 tackles (36 solo), two interceptions, five passes defensed and a fumble recovery in 10 games this season. Without him this weekend, rookies Michael Ojemudia and Essang Bassey will have to step up opposite A.J. Bouye against the high-flying Chiefs offense.
