The Denver Broncos reached an agreement on Wednesday to make former Chicago Bears defensive coordinator Vic Fangio their next head coach, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter and Dan Graziano. He will receive a four-year deal with a team option for a fifth year. Fangio is 60 years old and has spent all but one of the last 33 years as an NFL assistant. He's been with the Bears the last four years as the defensive coordinator. He's never been a head coach, but he obviously has tons of experience. The Bears were the No. 1 scoring defense in 2018 and were also tops in takeaways. While Fangio should be able to help improve the defense, it won't matter much if they can't find the right quarterback to lead the offense. Denver has had four starting quarterbacks over the last three seasons, all of which ended without a playoff berth.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
