Brock Purdy A Top Starting Option In Fantasy Playoffs
12 months agoThis week at the Arizona Cardinals, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy will look to maintain the success he's built over the past few games, most recently throwing for a career-high 368 yards in a Week 14 victory over Seattle. Over his past five games, Purdy has a 13/2 touchdown to interception ratio and has finished with a passer rating under 120 only once. The matchup is good, as Arizona enters the game with the 10th-worst pass defense by yardage and the 10th-most generous defense to opposing quarterbacks in fantasy. Against all odds, the former seventh-round pick has ascended in fantasy to the point that many managers will be starting Purdy in the first round of playoffs over usual must-starts like Patrick Mahomes. Consider him a high/mid QB1 this week.
