Brock Bowers Could Have Big Game With Increased Workload
2 months agoLas Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers has his best chance of the season at a breakout game when he faces the Cleveland Browns in Week 4. The Raiders will be without star receiver Davante Adams (hamstring) and tight end Michael Mayer (personal), which leaves many vacated targets for Bowers to vacuum up. He has had a fantastic start to the season (at least for a tight end), with 18 catches for 197 yards through three contests. Bowers won't need a ton of targets to be fantasy-relevant at the tight end position. Raiders quarterback Gardner Minshew II clearly trusts him. The 21-year-old has 21 targets, meaning he's caught nearly 86% of passes coming his way. He's a reliable safety valve for Minshew. If the Browns' defense is able to put a lot of pressure on Minshew, he could look Bowers' way more on short passes. The Raiders rookie tight end is a must-start in all fantasy leagues that feature tight ends.
