Billy Horschel is a risky proposition at PGA West this week. The 38-year-old Tour veteran certainly comes with win equity, but his recent form and course history should give fantasy managers pause. Since his victory at the BMW PGA Championship last September, he's missed the cut in three out of his five starts with his best finish being a 47th-place showing at the DP World Tour Championship. Horschel's also kicked off the 2025 calendar year with a 51st-place result at the Sentry and a missed cut at last week's Sony Open. Over the last 36 rounds, he ranks outside of the top-45 in key statistical categories this week, including good drive percentage, approach play, around-the-green, putting, and par 3 and par 5 scoring. He's also missed the cut in his last three appearances at PGA West. All signs should point to fading Horschel for fantasy managers this week.--Ryan Hickey
