Toronto Maple Leafs center Auston Matthews (wrist) is set to make his season debut on Monday against the Rangers. The 2021 Rocket Richard Trophy winner has missed the team's first three games of the season after having wrist surgery in the offseason, but he now feels ready to play and there's no reason to believe that he won't feature on Monday. Matthews posted his second consecutive 40-goal year in 2020-21 despite it being a shortened season. He finished with an incredible 41 goals in 52 outings. Matthews skated with Mitchell Marner and Nick Ritchie in Sunday's practice.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
