Aric Almirola had one of the fastest long-run cars at Richmond Raceway on Sunday afternoon, but his day was derailed in the middle of Stage Two when he got a commitment line penalty when making a pit stop. Almirola was forced to come down pit road yet again because of the penalty. However, because he had so much speed in the race car, and still had plenty of time left in the race after the penalty, Almirola was able to rebound and come away with an impressive 8th-place finish. That now makes it four top-10 finishes for Almirola in his last seven Richmond starts.--Jordan McAbee
