3 years agoNew Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (knee) has officially been ruled out for the second straight game in Week 11 against the Philadelphia Eagles. Offensive tackles Terron Armstead (knee, shoulder) and Ryan Ramczyk (knee) were also ruled out, so New Orleans' offensive line and running game will be compromised against Philly this Sunday. Mark Ingram II stepped into the lead-back role in the Week 10 loss to the Tennessee Titans and served as a solid plug-and-play RB2 for fantasy managers. If quarterback Taysom Hill (foot) is unable to play, Dwayne Washington could see a few more chances as a change-of-pace back behind Ingram, but he won't be worth using in fantasy lineups.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
