7 months agoVancouver Canucks defenseman Alexander Edler and center Bo Horvat each registered a goal and an assist in Monday's 3-2 overtime victory against the Chicago Blackhawks. Edler's goal came on the power play early in the second period, on an assist from Horvat, while Edler returned the favor with an apple on Horvat's game-winning tally in OT. Horvat is starting to heat up, as he tries to help the Canucks keep their flickering postseason hopes alive. He has recorded two goals with six points over the past five games and his game-winning tally was his first since Oct. 20 when he sunk the Boston Bruins, also in overtime.--Daniel E.
