Arizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Alex Young will be called up from Triple-A Reno to make his major league debut on Thursday against the Giants. The 25-year-old left-hander should not be a fantasy option in any format and could just be up for this one spot start. Young is sporting a rough 6.09 ERA, 1.68 WHIP, 26 walks and 64 strikeouts in 54 2/3 innings in 22 outings (eight starts) at Reno this year. He has a fine 10.5 K/9 on the year, but his 4.3 BB/9 is what you should be concerned about, even in a great matchup against the light-hitting Gigantes.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
