Adam Thielen Officially Questionable For Monday
3 years agoMinnesota Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen (ankle) missed practice all week but is officially questionable to play on Monday night against the Chicago Bears. Earlier in the week, it was suggested that Thielen could be a game-time decision. It sounds as if there's a chance that Thielen will play, but fantasy managers must remember that he is dealing with a high ankle sprain, an injury that keeps a lot of players out for a month or more. The 31-year-old would be at well below 100% if he's active against Chicago, making him a shaky WR3/flex, at best. Making things even more difficult for fantasy managers is the fact the game is on Monday night. K.J. Osborn found the end zone last week and should continue to benefit the most if Thielen misses another game. Tight end Tyler Conklin is also more attractive as a low-end TE1.
